If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These documents apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Parteloa is operated by Venti Red FZ-LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, with registered address at PO Box 338482, Platinum Tower (Cluster I), Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE ("we", "us", "our", "Venti Red").
Parteloa is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing channel partner, contractor and client intelligence tools. These include structured partner, contractor and client assessment scoring (Partner Score™ / Contractor Score™ / Client Score™), automated red flag detection, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) building and ICP fit scoring, Prospect Intelligence™ (company research and quality scoring), AI-assisted company discovery across partner, contractor, client and trade-exhibition modes, territory gap analysis, market coverage monitoring, continuous company intelligence monitoring, board presentation generation, and PDF/CSV report export ("the Service").
The Service is intended for use by business professionals involved in international sales, channel partner management, export operations, specification strategy, and distribution strategy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.
Parteloa is offered under the following subscription tiers: Scout (Free), Tactical, Operational, Command, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Monthly usage allowances reset on the 1st of each calendar month; the Scout (Free) allowance is a one-time lifetime allowance.

Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
Annual plans: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. The discount applies to the annual rate displayed at checkout.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods except where required by applicable law.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscribers who have not exceeded plan usage limits. Refund requests must be submitted to hello@ventired.ae.
Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You are responsible for ensuring that your own use of any contact data supplied through the Service, including storing it in your CRM and conducting outreach, complies with the data protection and marketing laws that apply to you (see the Privacy Policy, "Business Contact Data & Your Responsibilities").
Important: The Discovery and Prospect Intelligence features combine third-party data sources with artificial intelligence to generate research, scores and recommendations. All output is provided for informational purposes only and must be independently verified before being relied upon for business decisions.
Specifically, you acknowledge that:
These features draw on third-party data providers and large language model services. We do not control those providers' data or model outputs and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Our IP: The Platform, including its design, software, scoring methodology, algorithms, content, and trademarks (including "Parteloa" and the Parteloa logo), are the exclusive intellectual property of Venti Red FZ-LLC. All rights are reserved. "Parteloa" is a trademark of Venti Red FZ-LLC.
Your content: You retain ownership of all assessment data, company information, ICPs and notes you input into the Platform ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Venti Red a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your User Content solely to provide the Service.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
White-label reports: Command and Enterprise plan subscribers may use exported PDF reports bearing their own branding for client-facing purposes. This does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying platform or methodology.
The Service integrates with third-party providers to operate the Platform and to source and enrich company and contact information:
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these providers.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venti Red FZ-LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your handling of contact data obtained through the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or, where applicable, the UAE Federal Courts. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights or protections available to you under the data protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless legal obligations require longer retention.
Venti Red FZ-LLC is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through Parteloa, including your account data and the third-party business-contact data sourced when you use Discovery and Prospect Intelligence. For all privacy-related enquiries, or to ask us to remove your personal data, contact us at hello@ventired.ae.
Where you export contact data from Parteloa into your own CRM or other systems and use it for your own outreach, you act as the data controller for that data from the point of export (see section 4).

We do not use your assessment data or contact data to train AI models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you use Discovery or Prospect Intelligence, Parteloa sources firmographic and business-contact information about third-party companies and their staff from Apollo.io and public sources. This is business-to-business contact data used for legitimate commercial research and outreach.
Our lawful basis for processing this business-contact data is legitimate interests — enabling our subscribers to identify and research relevant businesses and reach the right professional contacts. We limit this to business (not personal) contact details, source only what is needed, and do not build a public directory.
Individuals' rights. Any individual whose business-contact details are processed through Parteloa may contact us at hello@ventired.ae to access, correct, object to, or request deletion of their data. On a valid request we remove the individual and record a suppression flag so they are not re-surfaced by future searches.
Your responsibilities as a subscriber. When you export or push contact data from Parteloa into your CRM, email tools or other systems, you become the data controller for that exported copy and for any outreach you carry out. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those individuals, for identifying yourself and offering an opt-out in any marketing you send, and for honouring opt-out and deletion requests in your own systems, in line with the data protection and electronic-marketing laws that apply to you (for example, UK/EU GDPR and PECR). Deleting a contact from Parteloa removes our copy; it does not delete or govern any copy you have already exported.
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Firebase applies industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Research queries are processed via the Anthropic Claude API and enrichment is performed via Apollo.io and public data sources. Please refer to those providers' privacy policies for details of their data handling practices.
We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

Parteloa uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management (via Firebase Authentication). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown as only strictly necessary cookies are used.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside the UAE, including in the United States (Google Cloud, Anthropic, Apollo.io) and the European Union. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. The updated policy will be effective from the date stated at the top of this document.
